Koch Program Room) Cooper-Siegel This program is designed for children and accompanying adults; please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program. Get up and get moving with a playful storytime that includes interactive books, rhymes, and songs for kids ages 3-5 and their caregivers. We design our storytimes to feature activities that develop many skills including early literacy, social-emotional, and motor skills. Practicing these skills will help your child be successful in school later.  This storytime alternates with Spanish & English Storytime. Please register for all dates that you will be attending. This program will occur in the large program room on the library's lower level.

Registration is required. Registration starts: 03/27/2024 @ 8:00am Registration end: 04/19/2024 @ 10:30am Learn how to play Mah Jong with area pro, Dorothy Drennen. This 3-week session will include three robust classes plus a detailed handout with Mah Jong tips and tricks. Each student will need the 2024 Mah Jong card from the National Mah Jong League ($14 small, $15 large). You can buy a 2024 card directly from Dorothy or you can purchase one here. If you already have this year's card, you're good to go. Cost is $125 for the 3 sessions. Dorothy can only instruct four people at a time so if you're interested in a session but this one is full, please email coopersiegelref@einetwork.net and if there's enough interest, we can schedule another 3-week session. We also have an open game time every week on Fridays from 1-3. The library has 3 sets, but can host more games if participants can bring their own.
