Learn how to crochet with local crochet-er Lynn Nuhfer! She'll help beginners and others learn how to make a very cool crochet pot-holder. You'll start the project with Lynn and finish at home OR continue working with Lynn at the 2nd Crochet Drop-In. Free! We'll have some yarn and needles available for just learning how to crochet but if you're interested in making the pot holder, we ask that you bring: a skein of Lily Brand Sugar+Cream or Peaches+Cream yarn (available at Walmart) or any other 100% cotton, sport-weight (medium) yarn of your choice a size G needle Children ages 12+ are welcome! Join us for our 2nd Outdoor Summer Concert Series! 3 concerts, each on a Friday night, once a month, in May, June and July. FREE! Families welcome! Bring a chair, a blanket, wine and something to nosh on as you enjoy some wonderful local music in our beautiful garden! In the case of inclement weather, we'll take it inside in our program room for a cozy indoor concert! Devin Arrington (violin), Mary Beth Malek (clarinet), and Paula Tuttle (cello) perform music of Latin America and Spain in concert settings ranging from recitals to educational and community outreach events.
