Illustrated Wisdom Workshop

The Illustrated Wisdom Workshop is an easy and relaxing expressive arts experience. We'll scribble, doodle and play with crayons, markers and paints in order to: access our deepest wisdom let the heart and soul be heard improve focus clarify choices and situations All supplies provided. As artist Georgia O'Keeffe said, I found that I could say things with color and shapes that I couldn't say any other way. Sandra Gould Ford is an award-winning author, artist and accomplished educator who presents writing and arts experiences that encourage, refresh, enrich creative thinking and inspire. She has won several writing awards, including the Nelson Algren and Writer's Digest. She's also received a Creative Writing Fellowship from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts and from The Pittsburgh Foundation. Residencies have been awarded from the Ucross Foundation, Yaddo, Hedgebrook, Ragdale, Millay and Dorland. Funded by Advancing Black Arts in Pittsburgh Program, a partnership of The Pittsburgh Foundation and The Heinz Endowments
