Introduction to Tai Ji

Join Suzen Sharda in our garden for an introduction to Chinese Yoga (QiGong) and Tai Ji: The Dance of the Five Elements. Suitable for all bodies and levels. Beginners and seasoned players will all experience benefits of this moving guided meditation practice: calming the mind, improving concentration, strengthening muscle tone, bones and balance. We’ll have the added joy of moving to the unique rhythms of percussionist, Lenny Santoro. Dress in comfortable layers with sun screen and flat bottom shoes and bring your water bottle if you’d like. This class is $15. Please register and pay online.
Suzen launched BodyArts Therapeutics as a Certified Wellness Personal Trainer and Consultant in 1970. Since the 1980s she had been inspired in her study of Chinese Yoga: Qi Gong and Tai Ji especially through masters George Young, Chiang Liang Al Huang, Dr.Ted Cibik and Dr Paul Lam.
