Restorative Yoga Workshop

A gentle, passive class designed to allow relaxation and focus on the breath and body. Postures are on the floor, either seated or supine, and held for two to five minutes, allowing a focus on the connective tissue around the joints. Long sleeves are suggested as there is limited movement and please bring a blanket or yoga mat and a bath towel. If you have other props you’d like to bring along (a bolster, pillows or blocks) feel free.
Please plan to stay for the entire 1.5 hours as it can be disruptive to leave early.
No prior yoga experience is necessary and this is a 1-time class so it’s a great chance to explore if this type of gentle yoga is for you!
