This weekly meditation series is designed for beginners. Our guide is a Buddhist monk, but the meditation techniques taught are secular and are appropriate for all adults regardless of beliefs or religious affiliations. Free of charge and no registration necessary. Some seating is on the floor or hard chairs so feel free to bring a cushion.
